Wear Resistant Coatings

Laser Cladding is commonly used to apply very hard and wear resistant coatings to critical components. Industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, steel, mining and power generation all benefit from the extreme wear resistance of laser clad coatings.

 

Materials such as Tungsten carbide, Stellites and Inconels can be laser clad onto the surface of your components in order to increase their performance in the most demanding of applications.

 

Laser Cladding creates a fully welded coating which means complete adhesion and the coatings can be ground or machined to the desired finish.
